Hello, I’m Dr. Alexandra Kleiman

Since the beginning of my professional journey, I have been drawn to understanding the origins of human thoughts, emotions, and behavior. This curiosity led me to pursue a PhD in neuroscience and become an accredited psychotherapist and trainer, specializing in evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy.

I have been involved in international research and psychotherapy training, and have also supervised and supported professionals working in psychologically demanding and crisis-related contexts. Over time, my work has been strongly shaped by evidence-based approaches in neuroscience and clinical psychology.

As someone with an international and multicultural background, I have always worked with people from diverse cultures, languages, identities, and life experiences. I offer online sessions in English, German, and Russian, and work with clients across countries and contexts.

At the center of my work is the belief that meaningful psychological change happens within a trusting, authentic, and collaborative relationship. My aim is to create a safe and thoughtful space where people can better understand themselves, navigate difficulties, and move toward a more authentic and meaningful life.
