    First Steps

    After you get in touch, we will schedule an initial session to get to know each other and map out your current challenges. I will guide you through the practical aspects of therapy and provide my initial therapeutic recommendation.

    Initial Sessions

    We will look deeper into your current challenges and explore how your personal history connects to them. Together, we will use these insights to build a customized treatment plan, allowing you to clearly define your therapy goals and the changes you want to achieve.

  • Ongoing Therapy

    We tailor all therapeutic methods and topics entirely to your personal needs. Together, we will regularly review our progress and adjust our approach as we go. The ultimate goal is a lasting improvement in your symptoms and the development of strategies that support you in your everyday life long-term.

    Final Phase

    In our last sessions, we take the time to look back on and acknowledge the changes you have achieved. The focus is on consolidating your progress, reflecting on key developments, and supporting you in safely integrating what you have learned into your everyday life.
